Job Description
The Role: As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store, including managing stock levels, maintaining store appearance, and providing coaching and training to your team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Friendly and welcoming service to customers
* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Coaching and mentoring team members
* Deputising for the Store Manager as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
