We are looking for a Community Public Health Nurse to join our 0-19 Child and Young Person Public Health Service, working within the Healthy Child Programme. Main duties of the job As a Community Public Health Nurse, you will: Support children and families across a variety of settings, including schools, health centres, and homes. Work closely with primary and secondary schools, delivering public health initiatives on emotional wellbeing, sexual health, safeguarding, and managing medical conditions. UndertakeHealthy Child Programme assessments and contribute to health promotion activities. Work in partnership with families, schools, and agencies to improve health outcomes. Actively engage in safeguarding processes under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN).
