In the role as Teaching Assistant, you will work under the instruction of teaching/senior staff, usually in the classroom with the Teacher and Senior TA to support access to learning for students and provide general support to the Teacher in the management of students and the classroom. Support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs ensuring their safety and encourage students to interact with others and to engage in activities led by the teacher.
