South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an Attendance Manager to join the Pastoral Team based at Bourne Academy.
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual who can take responsibility for the operational and administrative support needed to promote whole school attendance strategies. You will work with the Senior Leadership and Pastoral teams to improve attendance levels and reduce persistent absence in line with Trust attendance targets.
The successful candidate must be a team player and possess a good sense of humour.
