工作内容:
Job Responsibilities:
1. 为销售团队提供日常支持,包括整理销售数据、准备销售报告、跟进客户订单、协调会议等。
Provide daily support to the sales team, including organizing sales data, preparing sales reports, following up on customer orders, and coordinating meetings.
2. 协助销售人员进行客户联络和沟通,确保客户需求得到及时回应。
Assist sales personnel in client communication and ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.
3. 协助进行市场调研,收集竞争对手和市场趋势的信息,为销售策略提供支持。
Assist in market research, gather information on competitors and market trends to support sales strategies.
4. 处理销售相关的行政工作,如文件整理、文书工作、会议安排等。
Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as organizing documents, paperwork, and scheduling meetings.
5. 协助进行招聘、员工入职、员工档案管理等人事工作。
Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
6. 负责员工考勤、请假和加班记录的管理。
Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
7. 完成上级安排的其他任务,确保工作顺利开展。
Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
