The company
A well-established company based in Hainault, are looking for an Administrator to join their busy Service Team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to take their first steps into an office environment or for someone ready to move into the next stage of their career.
Full training will be provided, and you will have constant help and support from your manager and the wider team. This will initially be a temporary role but will become a permanent position for a successful candidate.
The role of Administrator:
* Inputting customer details into internal portals
* Ordering supplies
* Responding to emails
* Answering and dealing with telephone calls, taking messages
* Working cross-functionally with various internal departments
* Communicating with customers and engineers
* Updating weekly reports for the senior management team
* Providing assistance to the Administration Team Leader
* Processing invoices
* Other administrative tasks
The ideal Administrator:
* Experience in either administration, customer service, retail, or hospitality
* Positive attitude
* Knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Organised
* Great Customer Service Skills
