Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, SYT shuttle run for students Prairie to NCC 2 hours per day. Wednesday SYT away fixture driving support.

The Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Casual Minibus Driver to join Burnley FC in the Community. The successful candidate will work across several projects delivered by Burnley FC in the Community and will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of passengers to various destinations, ensuring comfort and punctuality. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Operate a minibus to transport passengers safely to and from designated locations.
•Adhere to scheduled routes and timings, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
•Assist passengers with boarding and alighting the vehicle, providing excellent customer service.
•Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues.
•Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the minibus.
•Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
•Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and passenger counts.
•Communicate effectively with the Business Support Manager and other team members.
•Handle emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
•Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities.
•To understand and implement the Charity’s Safeguarding policy, procedures, and best practice guidelines in your role. To use this understanding to ensure safe working practices, appropriate reporting of concerns and contribute positively to a safe environment.
•To be able to work flexible hours where the role of the job requires.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
•Valid UK driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•Category D1 on driving license.
•Previous experience driving a minibus or similar vehicle.
•Communication skills.
•Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
