The post holder will support our repairs and maintenance team being the first point of contact and administrator for all Dartford Borough Council residents, contractors and others in relation to our stock condition survey programme. Ensuring queries are responded to, actioned and managed. Validating survey data, updating back office systems and ensuring excellent data integrity. This includes: Assisting the management of the diaries of the stock condition surveyors Raising repair requests/enquiries for contractors to deliver work Updating the asset management system Liaising with key stakeholders Archiving data Relevant experience of working in a similar role in a social housing environment, is desirable. The successful applicant will also have worked successfully in a customer service or administration position, analysed information to present to colleagues. The ability to understand procedures and retain information, working accurately and efficiently.
