Providing unique event tickets and VIP packages for some of the world’s most exciting sporting events and concerts. From iconic Formula 1 Grand Prix races, Premier League football matches to headline music concerts & festivals, they offer unforgettable experiences for their clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Engage with cold and warm leads and outbound prospects to maximise sales. Selling VIP packages for world class sporting events and concerts. Build strong lasting relationships with clients, offering tailored event experiences. Provide outstanding customer service creating a positive and seamless buying experience. Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing teams. Required Experience: At least 2 years telesales or phone based sales experience is a must. Must have at least 2 years experience working B2B. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced target driven environment. Experience meeting and exceeding personal and team targets. Must be enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn. Is passionate about live entertainment, sports and events. Enjoys working withing a dynamic, high energy working environment.
