How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As the UK E&P Network Manager, you will be responsible for setting a comprehensive national strategy for one of Air Liquide’s key sales channels - our network of distributors.
Reporting directly to the E&P Market Unit Manager, your role will be to manage a team of two Network Developers, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with our distribution partners whilst identifying opportunities to further improve our network footprint.
1. Align the distributor network strategy with overall UK business objectives.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales initiatives and marketing efforts are well-coordinated, maximizing the effectiveness of each campaign.
3. Play a transversal role in enhancing operational efficiencies across the network by segmenting our distributors based on current value and future potential, streamlining processes and improving supply chain integration.
4. Ensure that our distributors are equipped with the tools they need to improve our Customer Experience.

Working in a matrix-managed organisation, you will need to be adept at building business relationships both internal and external in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the Network and wider business.
The role will require visits to distributors and covers the whole UK territory, so applicants must be prepared for travel and overnight stays.
