We are a well-known healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services! We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties. At Rehability UK, we are offering permanent positions with guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns, as well as Bank Worker contracts.
Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition and Learning Disability) to live their best possible life. We strive to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we’d want to experience ourselves.
Berkshire
Rehability UK Berkshire offers bespoke packages of care for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Forensic and Complex Needs. We also offer both regulated and non-regulated support through our supported living services and outreach/floating support services. We are able to purchase specific properties to meet individual needs, as required by the transforming care agenda.
Staff receive face-to-face induction training from our qualified training team on the 15 standards of the Care Certificate. Bespoke service-specific training such as MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression), Epilepsy, Autism, Diabetes, and Redirection Techniques training is also provided to our staff, as well as other specific training relating to supporting the clients they are working with.
Rehability UK Reading
In Reading, we support adults with varying needs of support. Our team of Team Leaders and seasoned support workers have a wealth of experience in supporting individuals with their recovery journey, and we also have the use of psychologists and speech & language therapists to support us.
