Assess, progress track and review assigned Distance Learning learners. Ensure that the achievement rates of learners are at or above the level set by the College, and support learners with timely completion of assignments.

Key Responsibilities
* To provide induction, initial assessment, advice and guidance to learners.
* Provide tutor introductions to new learners within a designated time frame.
* Answer learner queries.
* Mark assessments as required within a designated time frame.
* Support, advise and assist learners to help them progress through the course.
* Attend standardisation meetings to ensure a maintained quality of marking and feedback.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent.
* At least a Level 3 qualification (relevant sector led).
* TAQA- assessors award (Or equivalent).
