Responsibilities:

* A clear understanding of a purpose-based curriculum, in particular the Literacy and Numeracy Framework.
* The ability to embrace 'Cynefin' and embrace living in Wales and to teach Welsh as a second language.
* The ability to contribute to the development and improvement of the school as a whole.
* Expertise in digital learning and how to integrate this into all aspects of teaching.
* An understanding of the importance of the understanding and development of child development.
* An understanding of teaching children with English as an additional language and how to ensure all children and families belong.
* The ability to develop children to be reflective learners who can talk about their learning.
