An exciting opportunity has become available within the Children & Young Adults Unit at St Oswalds. We are looking to recruit a Nursing Associate to work within our developing service. Your primary role will be to act as an effective part of a multidisciplinary team providing specialist care to children and young adults aged 0 to 25 with life limiting conditions and complex health needs.
You will be an NMC registered Nursing Associate and have evidence of experience in caring for children and young adults with complex health needs.

Main Duties of the Job

Your role will involve assessing, implementing, monitoring and delivering care, either independently or supervised, within your scope of professional practice for the children and young adults, aged 0 to 25 years.

£26,581 to £28,583 a year per annum full time plus allowance for unsocial hours.
