As a world-class insurance and claims management company, we are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Liability Team Manager, who can travel to our MK office on a weekly basis. Using strong leadership skills and industry experience, you'll be guiding a rapidly expanding team of claims handlers to manage and settle a variety of travel-based claims professionally and efficiently.
**Manage a diverse range of claims - Employers and Public Liability
Ensure swift settlements within service level agreements, whilst thoroughly auditing specific claims information
Mentor and train your team on policy cover information, ensuring it is relayed with professionalism and courtesy
You are an experienced leader, with a liability claims or insurance background and a passion for developing high performing teams. Strong knowledge of insurance principles and the claims process
