To do this, we need help from smart, gritty, outside-the-box thinkers (like you!) to keep innovating and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to effectively manage client accounts and address their inquiries related to our platform, carriers, and wholesalers.
2. Work with different carrier/wholesaler documents, adapting to their unique styles and habits.
3. Utilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectively.
4. Enhance knowledge of Microsoft Excel to organize data and documents effectively.
5. Collaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations and demonstrating a team-player attitude.
6. Efficiently manage time and workflow to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
Who You Are
1. Knowledgeable in commercial insurance with experience working with carriers and wholesalers.
2. Familiar with advanced AMS navigation (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
4. A team player who adapts quickly to new situations and environments.
5. Capable of managing time and workflow efficiently.
Qualifications
1. Must have an active P&C license.
2. Three or more years prior experience in account management, customer success, or a related role (or currently employed at Layr for the past six months and in good standing).
3. Knowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers and wholesalers.
4. Familiarity with advanced AMS navigation (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.).
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
This hybrid position involves 3 days working from the Rochester office and extensive communication with colleagues using online services, such as Slack and Zoom. The candidate must also have a quiet and private location to work from and fast Internet (200 Mb to 1 Gb) for seamless, fluid communications.
