Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent benefits package.

Guide your team through the complexities and understanding of the legal issues in property transactions, including tenure, options, overages, wayleaves, easements, covenants, etc.

We are looking for a leader who:
Is a seasoned Chartered Surveyor (FRICS or MRICS) with a proven track record in managing complex residential property portfolios.
A deep understanding of residential property, preferably with a background in transactions and valuations in a diverse range of property types, and detailed knowledge of construction methods.
Senior/management level experience within the surveying profession, either in private practice or on the client side, with a focus on residential property.
Is passionate about driving positive change and has a deep understanding of the legal and technical intricacies of the property market.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team.
Possesses exceptional communication and influencing skills to effectively present complex information to senior leadership, stakeholders, and advisors.We are looking for a leader who is deeply committed to:
