Job Title: Dealership Receptionist/Host
Reports To: Dealer Principal
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm Monday - Friday
Main Purpose of the Job:
* Customer and Visitor Welcome: Ensure all customers and visitors are greeted in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner to promote the dealership's image.
* Call Handling: Answer both internal and external calls quickly and direct them appropriately and efficiently.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership team to uphold high industry standards in customer care and satisfaction.

* Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
* Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction through personal conduct and professionalism.
2. Communication:
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external representatives, as needed.

* Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
* Follow all environmental, health, safety, and company policies, ensuring legal compliance.
