INVESTMENT ADMINISTRATOR FOR FINANCIAL PLANNING OFFICE – BARNET, LONDON (Please note this is not an accounting, bookkeeping or invoicing role - its an Administrator role) MUST HAVE INVESTMENT, PENSIONS AND/OR INSURANCE ADMIN EXPERIENCE IO and DYNAMIC PLANNER The successful Investment Administrator will have experience in Pensions /Insurance/ Taxes /Investments /Investments administration and work closely with the Financial Planner in their daily duties. Some of the key duties of the Financial Services Administrator will include: -Daily work on Intelligent Office and Dynamic Planner ·Liaison with providers to obtain relevant information ·Provide administrative support to the Financial Planner ·Gather information and present in a professional manner ·Preparing client valuations ·Extensive liaison with clients over the phone and face to face ·Arrange client meetings which will include direct client contact ·Setting up commissions/fees on back office system and chasing through to payment ·Tracking business applications and pipeline ·Making appointments and managing diaries ·Handling confidential information with discretion always ·Checking documentation and ensuring all paperwork signed accordingly by relevant parties The candidate will have worked within the Financial Planning Industry previously and have knowledge of Intelligent Office and Dynamic Planner - this is non negotiable. The ideal Investment Administrator will have a good understanding of Whole of Market wrappers and products and have strong IT skills. We are looking for an Investment Administrator who is professional, can work alone, is accurate, positive and enthusiastic and lives in the Barnet area and has a driver's licence and car. Office hours 9.30 - 5.30 for fulltime or 10 -3pm part time for pro rata salary. Start date as soon as possible. Salary up to £35000
