Your new role
You will be supporting the wider organisationby designing, implementing and managing reward programmes to motivate, attractand retain employees. You will be analysing compensation and benefits data,working with internal stakeholders and senior business partners to alignrewards with business objectives.
You will be responsible for
You will be responsible for the design andimplementation of Reward & LTI programmes, analysing the effectiveness ofcurrent rewards and driving continuous improvement. You will conduct jobevaluations, annual pay review and salary benchmarking, to ensure competitivepay structures. You will manage all benefits-related administration, includingenrolment, renewals and vendor relationships. You will conduct research toensure competitiveness of employee benefits schemes and propose changes whererequired. You will work closely with HR, internal and external stakeholders toalign rewards with business objectives. You will act as the main point ofcontact for all queries regarding compensation and benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 2-3 years' experience in Reward and haveextensive knowledge of all Reward & Compensation practices. You will beknowledgeable in employee benefits. You will be numerically skilled and haveproficient technical ability, with advanced excel skills. You will haveexcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships acrossteams. You will be an organised, detail-oriented negotiator who can prioritiseeffectively and work well under pressure.
