Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing cleaning teams across multiple sites
* Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure compliance with quality standards
* Manage and support site supervisors and cleaning staff
* Conduct regular site visits, audits, and health and safety checks
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any service issues promptly
