About the Role:
My client is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our Marketing department. If you are someone who enjoys playing with words, has a keen eye for aesthetics, and is exhilarated by the idea of testing, developing, and executing marketing strategies, this may well be the perfect role for you.
You'll be a key player in designing & implementing marketing campaigns, producing digital and physical marketing collateral, weaving narratives, cultivating ideas, inspiring their team, protecting our brand, and telling our story.

Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive include:
1. Content Creation & Collateral Management:
Plan, design, and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, both physical and digital, including brochures, leaflets, flyers, display stands, digital advertisements, website content, social media graphics, etc.
Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create engaging and on-brand visuals.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelance designers, translators, and print companies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
2. Email Marketing:
Develop and write engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and promote products.
Keep data clean and up to date.
3. Website Management:
Keep the company website up to date with fresh content and product information.
4. Product Management:
Work with Business Central to manage campaigns, product information and marketing collateral.
5. Campaign Development:
Contribute to the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across varied markets.
6. Market and Product Research:
Support market and product research initiatives to inform marketing strategies.
7. Photography/Videography:
Product photography and videography skills are a plus, but training can be provided.
Experience & Expertise for the Marketing Executive:
1. Required:
Attention to detail
Creative writing skills.
Solid understanding of marketing and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong IT skills (they are a Windows-based environment).
Proficient with Adobe Suite
Likes dogs (they have three in the office)
2. Sought:
Previous marketing experience (Agency or In-House)
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Master of Adobe Illustrator & InDesign.
