What the Job Involves The role involves engaging in quality assurance initiatives and implementing new policies to enhance practices across our Children Social Care teams. You will track and assess the impact of these initiatives, carry out audits, and work closely with team managers to prepare for inspections. Your role will also include supporting staff to follow new processes through group supervision, helping to create a child-centred system with robust arrangements and processes. Skills Social worker qualifications and registration with Social Work England Leadership and management skills Analytical skills for decision-making Understanding of research trends and application to practice Change management and implementation skills Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and regulations Minimum 5 years' experience in child and family social work Experience in staff development and performance management Proven track record in quality assurance and improvement plans
