Job Title: First Line Support
Location: Bristol
Salary: £27,000
Peaple Talent has partnered with an MSP who are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join the team.
Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills to provide onsite and telephone support to end-users.
Training will be provided to get you up to speed with Active Directory, M365, Windows OS & Server.
The Role:
* Act as the first point of contact for technical service requests and incidents.
* Engage with customers via multiple channels (including phone, email, chat and service portal)
* Create, prioritise and assign tickets within the company IT Service Management platform
The Candidate:
* Prior experience providing 1st Line Support
* Strong Customer service and problem solving skills
* Basic MS Exchange admin skills
The Package:
Basic salary: £28,000
