Beech House is a small, first opinion practice based in the vibrant seaside town of Brighton and Hove. A Veterinary Receptionist is required to join our friendly team. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential. About the role Your role will involve: To be the first point of contact for clients. Relay accurately & action in a timely manner all messages taken. Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Welcome and register clients on arrival and making appointments. Our team consists of 2 Vets, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Nurse. We also have ample support from our 3 Client Care team members. Working Hours This part-time, permanent role consists of 30 hours per week, with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. There are no weekend or bank holiday shifts, offering a predictable schedule and a great work-life balance.
