Job Description
FinTech RS is working with a well-known accountancy firm as they look to bring in an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to their Business Advisory Team. Reporting to the Business Advisory Director, this role will manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Managing their portfolio of clients including year-end, management accounts, VAT, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Supporting the team by providing mentorship and training where required.
3. Creating strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
4. Preparing and managing the team WIP and client fees.
Candidates must have either current or previous experience of working within a practice setting. Candidates will ideally be qualified; however, those with extensive relevant experience without a professional qualification will also be considered.
Candidates with rural experience are encouraged to apply; however, this is not essential.
