We are looking for an experienced financial administrator to add to our growing team, supporting the advisers and the rest of our team to provide high standard services to our clients.

The tasks and responsibilities involved for the position on offer are as follows:
* Client servicing, meeting, and new business admin support
* New Business and application submissions
* Research gathering for products through authority letters
* Illustrations and product/platform online portals
* Maintaining records on back-office system - X-Plan
* Supporting the advisers and working with other team members to cover other tasks relating to client servicing and advice
DOE there may also be other responsibilities possible within the advice process.
Location: Westbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5:00pm (30 mins lunch) (part-time & flexi-hours may be considered for the right candidate)
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 (DOE)
Administration experience in a financial services company is essential. At least 3 years desirable.
It is also highly desirable to have experience using X-Plan back-office software.

* Experience working within a financial advice firm
* Some knowledge & experience of financial services, products, platforms
* Good IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, etc.
* Good language skills for speaking with clients and drafting emails/correspondence
* Good time and task management skills
* Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* Honest and hardworking attitude
* Qualifications of at least 5 GCSEs graded C or above (Maths and English Essential)
Desirable Key Skills
* Experience using ‘X-Plan' back-office system
* Good numeracy and maths skills
* Experience speaking with customers and providers on the phone
