* The Technical Delivery Engineer plays a key, critical role within the onshore hub organisation in the drive to ensure that the integrity, reliability, availability and maintainability of equipment is optimised, so that the safety of the assets is maintained, and production targets can be achieved.
* Liaising across the Technical Delivery Hub discipline resources, asset and technical teams, the Technical Delivery Engineer is responsible for ensuring that specific, discrete scopes of work are delivered in a safe and effective manner, on time and within budget.
* The role is also responsible for input into the respective project and asset plans to achieve the agreed schedule, with early identification of areas of concern along with the appropriate corrective actions.
* Collaboration with discipline and project engineers as well as coordination of any relevant vendor activities, materials, spares and performance play a key part of the position.
* Knowledge of Project Management Controls and Management of Change Processes are essential.
* Actively drive a working culture based on respect for health, safety and environmental issues and maintenance of a high level of asset integrity.
* Develop excellent working relationships with offshore and onshore Production Operations, Technical Authorities, Verification, Discipline & Project Engineers, and others as appropriate.
* Implement, integrate and review planned programmes to meet statutory and vendor requirements, ensuring that all work is accurately recorded.
* Drive compliance with Engineering Management of Change procedure.
* Actively pursue a Project Delivery approach, including adequate identification of scope requirements, documentation, commissioning and close out.
* Offshore visits as required to drive delivery of discrete scopes of work, ensuring flawless handover and execution of tasks.
* Ensure all third-party support performs in accordance with the contract deliverables and reports on progress.
* Ability to coordinate a team of Engineers to deliver complex scopes/plans.
* Support Root Cause Investigations and execute respective actions to improve equipment reliability and availability.
* Knowledge of appropriate statutory legislation, Safety Case and Safety Management Systems used to support the role.
* Input to and control of all associated OPEX budgets.
* Responsible to Operations Project Lead for delivery of project update reports and communication to the respective Offshore & Onshore management.
* Control of budget for assigned projects
* Use judgement to highlight or resolve areas of concern.
* Engage with Stakeholders to analyse their inputs and confirm their activity readiness offering solutions and updates for any issues or concerns.
* Ensure the impacts and consequences of all changes are considered fully and authorised.
* Provide additional reports as required analysing the data and giving scenarios, summaries and recommendations.
* Present KPI's to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement/concern taking relevant actions and feeding back to stakeholders.
Valid Offshore Certification
* Educated to degree or equivalent level of experience
* Relevant offshore and onshore experience
