As part of a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly motivated team, you will work alongside the rest of our in-house performance marketing and e-commerce team, all playing their part to impact revenue growth positively.
The Role
As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you own the paid and organic marketing channels' commercial planning, output, reporting, and strategy. You ensure that the targets and budgets for these channels are tightly managed and are the custodian for all channel-related activities to maximise their commercial output.
With access to state-of-the-art eCommerce and digital marketing tools and technologies, you'll also work with leading platforms and advanced analytics software to conduct analysis, optimise campaigns, and maximise return on investment. Not only that, but there are plenty of opportunities for professional development within this team as the digital transformation is planned to grow market share yearly.
A Bit About You
You'll have at least four years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role covering search engine marketing, paid social media, and SEO. You have managed third-party relationships and worked with agencies, or you have experience at an agency. Campaign management is one of your strengths, as well as your ability to drive and report on commercial performance. Your ability to build relationships and demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude is essential.
