Job Description
Blackfield Associates are supporting a global pharmaceutical company in their search for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their Medical team. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive continuous improvement in the Pharmaceutical Quality System
* Ensure compliance with GDP regulations and internal quality policies
* Manage and maintain electronic training, documentation, and reporting systems
* Support internal audits, deviation investigations, and corrective actions
* Assist with risk assessments, change control, and compliance activities
Requirements:
* Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or relevant healthcare qualification
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within pharmaceuticals
* Strong understanding of GDP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
* Experience in process improvement, documentation, and training management
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive quality initiatives
