What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and manage the internal UAT phase, ensuring successful execution.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare a comprehensive test plan.
* Raise and track bugs/issues identified during UAT, both internally and externally.
* Oversee external UAT, managing communication and bug tracking with external stakeholders.
* Generate test data to simulate various scenarios, ensuring efficient testing processes.
* Create and share test scripts and detailed test reports with clients.
* Regularly update clients on testing progress, bugs, and resolution timelines.
* Develop Customer Service packs and conduct demos for key external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Development and IT teams to unblock issues and ensure security assessments are ready.
* Ensure high QA standards and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
