Registered Manager at EBD Children's Home

Salary: circa £45,000
As Registered Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the home meets Ofsted regulations and quality standards, leading the staff team to deliver exceptional care, and creating positive outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislation, council policies, care standards, and health & safety regulations. Report any breaches or incidents immediately.
2. Team Management: Organize staff rotas, ensure professional conduct, and provide training and supervision.
3. Child Protection: Report any child protection concerns immediately and ensure staff understand their roles in safeguarding children.
4. Operational Excellence: Implement and enforce all policies, procedures, and risk assessments. Ensure proper documentation of incidents, accidents, and restraints.
5. Communication: Maintain open communication with staff, ensuring they are informed of developments, daily routines, and messages.
6. Care Planning: Ensure that care plans are in place, reviewed regularly, and that staff understand their roles in implementation.
