The Complex Health Directorate is looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager for an exciting opportunity within our fantastic team.
Main duties of the job
* To manage the administration teams for Complex Health at Wythenshawe Hospital
* Management of ECL on trusts systems
* To manage work streams
* To coordinate the work of administrative staff, ensuring that adequate arrangements are in place to cover the work of absent staff and undertaking those duties if necessary
* Management of team including appraisals, absences and annual leave.
