Learning Support Assistant (SEND)
Pearson Whiffin Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in the SEND unit of a secondary school in Longfield, Kent.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), promoting inclusion and accessibility within the school community.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing individualized support to students with SEND
* Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
* Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £51,300 per annum (based on a 37-hour week) plus benefits.
