Job Title:Customer Service Agent – Vehicle Rentals
Location: Birmingham and work from home two days
Salary: £21,500
In the role you will be working within a fast-paced environment, our client is seeking an individual who can provide a professional and friendly service to a small number of key accounts.
Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role is to provide day to day support via telephone and email where you will be assisting in the vehicle reservation process, supporting in life vehicle rental queries, and resolving issues that arise.
This position will service various accounts where you will support as required depending on the varying demands each day.
In the role you will work 1 Saturday every 3rd week
Responsibilities:
* Full vehicle rental management including processing of reservations, oversee vehicle delivery, through to vehicle collection, including customer aftercare
* Deal with a high volume of inbound calls from customers
* Process a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and rental stations
* Deliver against personal targets and support team in delivering against agreed service levels
* Management of required daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Complete customer satisfaction call-backs following vehicle delivery
* Any other ad hoc duties required
Key skills required:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* General computer literacy – Microsoft Office
* Customer Service / Administration background is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to perform under pressure
* Customer orientated
