The Opportunity - Account Manager - Bulk
GO Superfoods is seeking an ambitious and energetic Account Manager to build long term relationships with our customers. Working closely with all departments of the business, your main objective will be to maximise the amount of business generated by customers in your account portfolio. You will develop a detailed understanding of the customers’ needs and how our products can satisfy their requirements.
The role is a combination of reactive order management (with up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate) and proactive business development. Your account base will be a mixture of end-use manufacturers, SME businesses and resellers. You will be expected to proactively contact these accounts regularly by phone balancing business development within your customer base with day-to-day order management.
This role would suit a candidate who wants to get ahead by demonstrating the right ability and attitude. GO Superfoods is growing rapidly, so the opportunities for promotion are limited only by your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
· Generating sales orders from existing customer to deliver to the team sales target
· Identifying opportunities to increase the range of products each customer buys from us
· Proactive new business development
· Supporting the customer with all enquiries they have with the business, liaising with other teams to answer these queries
· Full account management from point of quotation to after sales care
· Correctly process all quotes and orders in SAP
· Working closely to KPI’s and margins with an uncapped bonus structure for both individual and team performance.
About You
· Excellent customer services
· Ability to organise and prioritise workload to deliver against customer expectations
· Influence decision maker units where multiple people are involved
· SAP knowledge is preferred but not essential
· Familiar with using Microsoft Office
· Previous Sales Experience is an advantage
· Ability to deliver against targets and excel in a sales environment
· Experience in owning the sales process from quotation through to completion
