Starting salary: £23,080

This is a hybrid working wole with a requirement to attend our Chesterfield office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

As a Governance & Integrity Administrator, you will maintain master and reference data for systems controlled, managed and supported by Knowledge Management. You will ensure relevant controls, change management process’ and audit trails are adhered to facilitating the delivery of accurate and timely updates to provide accurate reporting to end users.
The role will be reporting to the Governance and Integrity Manager.
About the role
You will maintain through effective change management both financial and non-financial master and reference data. You’ll be responsible for obtaining, preparing & loading master data ensuring the integrity of the data by the application of strong governance principles. You will play a full part in managing data interfaces between systems ensuring that all transactions take place accurately and reliably and keep master and reference data alignment through multiple systems.
You'll take responsibility for handling customer queries and change requests to provide quality assurance to stakeholders. Alongside this, you will ensure changes to business restructuring are managed effectively and all stakeholders are identified and advised in a timely manner to ensure continuity of reporting.
You will be required to maintain instructions and ensure they are up to date and accurate. You will also ensure all responsibilities have been carried out each week / period in accordance with Line Managers direction and escalate any outstanding issues.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative to deliver to tight timescales
• Experience of working with a cross section of users at differing levels
• Relevant experience in data management would be beneficial
