Solicitor role in a growing property litigation team in a well-respected national firm.

Award-winning, top 100, full-service law firm with offices in Manchester, London, and Liverpool is looking for a solicitor to join its successful and growing property litigation team. Recognised for their collegiate culture and transparent career progression framework, the firm regularly attracts individuals from other respected firms.
The team covers the full spectrum of property disputes for both commercial and residential land owners, landlords, and tenants. The team acts for a number of high-profile, household names alongside a variety of developers, managing agents, investors, and private clients.
The role will involve the candidate managing their own caseload under supervision and supporting partners on larger disputes. The candidate will have a client-facing role and will be encouraged to develop their professional skills and own business development strategies.
Key responsibilities:
* Dealing with new enquiries from new and existing clients;
* Managing a busy caseload of a variety of disputes;
* Taking instructions from clients, legal research, case analysis, and drafting letters/emails/documents;
* Assisting partners and senior solicitors on high value/complex disputes;
* Managing compliance and cashflow on files;
* Producing articles, video content, and delivering external/internal training;
* Developing and assisting with the implementation of business development strategies.
The candidate must have:
* Experience in property disputes;
* Outgoing and friendly manner alongside an ability to adapt and work at a fast pace;
* Strong work ethic and ‘can-do’ attitude.
