Vacancy: PMO Analyst

As the PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Project Management Office activities on behalf of the Capital Projects Department and individual projects including document management and control, RAID management, change control, configuration management, communications, and project data reporting.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of programme deliverables.
2. Manage programme-level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository.
3. Organise workshops to identify areas of improvement for projects, documenting recommendations and presenting them to the CapEx Portfolio Manager.
4. Build up/maintain a repository of project templates both technical and management to support the Project Managers – use those mandated by the JM CapEx Framework and also examples from current and past projects to identify best practices.
5. Handle and manage the intake, verification, archive, and storage of documents within the Document Management System (SharePoint) including maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive business documents.
6. Transmittal control and tracking of documentation between JM and external parties.
Requirements for the Role:
1. Experience of programme coordination/administration.
2. Experience of working within projects, or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle.
3. Experience of working within a structured project management framework.
4. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
5. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
