Qualifications
* Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing concept and schematic design work.
* Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper; Rhino inside Revit and Adobe Package.
* Solid understanding of AI applications in architectural design.
* Exceptional graphic skills, with the ability to create visually compelling presentations.
* Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead design discussions.
* Leadership and Decision Making: Strong leadership skills to guide design teams and make informed decisions that balance design aspirations with practical constraints (budget, schedule, etc.).
