Job Description What will you be doing? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Professional Services Integration team in London or Guildford, with occasional travel to the offices of acquired businesses. The Professional Services Integration team are responsible for the successful integration of newly acquired organisations into the Evelyn Partners operating model. They take acquisitions from pre completion planning all the way through to being an integral part of “business as usual”. This is done in line with our integration principles and the wider values of the firm. Integration may also involve changes to the Evelyn Partners operating model as we look to take the “best of both” from every transaction. A key part of the team’s work involves engaging with new colleagues and ensuring we win hearts and minds throughout their integration journey. The Senior M&A Integration Delivery Manager will support the Head of Professional Services Integration by directly managing the end-to-end integration of small and medium sized acquisitions; and leading significant components of larger, more transformative acquisitions. This will be done with the support of a matrix managed, cross functional team; and in partnership with colleagues from the businesses being acquired. The Senior M&A Integration Delivery Manager will also deputise for the Head of Professional Services Integration where necessary; and may take the lead on other standalone projects or key pieces of strategic analysis. As Senior M&A Integration Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include among others: Delivery Management Support pre completion Due Diligence and Integration Planning activity. Engage with the functionally aligned workstreams to build out and maintain day 1 plans; milestone plans; risk and issues logs; communications strategies etc. Co-ordinate delivery between the workstreams, ensuring dependencies are managed; cross functional issues are resolved; the needs / concerns of acquired colleagues are addressed; integration work is driven forwards; and all necessary integration activity is completed. Co-ordinate with other acquisition projects to support the resolution of inter acquisition issues and dependencies. Run weekly working group and periodic steering group meetings with each acquisition Draft materials to support communication with internal and external stakeholders associated with acquisitions. Engage positively with acquired colleagues and support them with resolving issues and connecting with the wider Evelyn Partners business. Establish and maintain Microsoft Teams sites for each acquisition. Capture and feedback lessons learnt to help develop the PS integration approach and template library. Live the values and set the example for our newly acquired colleagues, Integration Team Support with the collation of status reporting and packs for programme / exec level steering group meetings. Deputising for the Head of Professional Services Integration where required. Supporting the development and maintenance of the PS Integration approach and associated templates. Undertaking ad-hoc analysis to help resolve emerging issues. Driving forward specific projects to support integration related objectives
