Job Title: Communications & Engagement Assistant (Social Care Hub)
Location: Richmond (Hybrid working)
Remuneration: Hourly rate: £16.88 Paye / £21.75 Umbrella
Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months (Possibility of extension)
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with content creation and management for social media platforms, ensuring engaging and informative posts that reflect the values and objectives of the Social Care Hub.
2. Collaborate with team members to develop creative communication strategies and campaigns that effectively promote the mission and services of the Social Care Hub.
3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
4. Support the organisation of virtual and in-person events, including coordinating logistics and promoting participation through various channels.
5. Contribute to the development of engaging written and visual content for newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials.
6. Conduct research and gather insights on social media trends, best practices, and target audience preferences to continuously improve communication efforts.
7. Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and organising meetings.

Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in social media platforms and strategies, with a strong ability to create engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
5. An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
