Dialysis Healthcare Support Worker
Band 3, 37 hours per week
Renal Unit, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary
The Renal Dialysis team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary are looking to recruit an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to the team.
The Renal Unit accommodates people requiring regular haemodialysis on an outpatient basis and acutely unwell inpatients, often in other areas of the hospital. The successful applicant will be required to assist with haemodialysis treatment and care for patients while they are receiving their treatment. They must have previous recent care experience in an acute care hospital setting at band 3 level, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be motivated to learn. Competency based training will be provided.
This post is a day/night rotation on a 12-hour shift basis.
Interviews will be held at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on Tuesday 18th March 2025.
