Job Description:
Manage marketing campaigns across paid marketing channels, including Meta, Google Search Ads, and YouTube. Analyze and report on results daily, and create new regular giving propositions based on audience research and data-led insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on creative development, copywriting, and delivery of regular giving acquisition campaigns.
• Implement and deliver strategic testing plans for all Acquisition Campaigns.
• Own and manage telemarketing campaigns, including quality control, results analysis, and data checks.
• Optimize and maintain the donate section of the website for seamless donor journeys.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on results using internal and external platforms, and inform future campaigns based on insights.
• Develop strong working relationships with other teams and stakeholders, and manage external agencies and suppliers.
• Maintain knowledge of digital performance, marketing, social media, and sector trends, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with the Senior Fundraising Compliance Advisor to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation.
• Provide support and guidance on paid digital media across the organization, and contribute to safeguarding policies and practices.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in digital and direct marketing, regular giving recruitment, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical and numerically skills, with the ability to assess and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful acquisition campaigns and supporter journeys.
• Knowledge of PPC, SEO, digital analytics platforms, data capture, and tracking.
• Experience in using Meta Business Suite and other digital tools for campaign creation and monitoring.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and think creatively with a passion for digital marketing and innovation.
• Previous experience in running non-digital direct marketing campaigns for regular giving recruitment is an advantage.
