Practice Transformation and Expansion:
Be at the forefront of our recent practice expansion in Altrincham! Our reimagined space has five state-of-the-art consultation rooms, two theatres, and a dedicated recovery area, ensuring a serene and secure recovery for all our patients.
Your Role:
As a cornerstone of our team, you will nurture and guide younger, less experienced nurses, creating a cohesive and supportive environment that promotes growth and potential. Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team of ten and a committed client care team, all focused on providing top-notch care. Supporting the management team with arranging CPD lunch and learns, creating rotas and appraisals.

Enjoy a 37.5-hour work week to enable you to enjoy a more enjoyable work/life balance. We also offer comprehensive CPD funding, both financial support and allocated time for pursuing a certificate. Role Highlights:
1. Competitive salary of £30k to £33k, reflecting experience
2. Dedicated 37.5-hour workweek
3. 28 days Holidays per year
4. Private Health Care is available (£10 colleague monthly contribution and £20 contribution from the business)
