We are looking for an Assistant Attendant to work for the Facilities Management Team based in the South East Area (Ashington, Bedlington, Newbiggin & Cramlington)
The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude and a range of practical and customer service skills.
The role can typically consist of DIY jobs, office moves (moving bulky items of furniture), sickness cover for Cleaners, carrying out alarm and other statutory testing, handing out and picking up staff documentation, meeting contractors on site, opening and locking up buildings and dealing with building users and staff members on a regular basis.
Part Time, 15 hour position (Monday-Friday 4pm - 7pm)
Requirements of the job include physical fitness, some knowledge of health and safety issues and flexibility.
