You will be working in the surrounding areas of Staines, Ashford, Sunbury, Shepperton and Laleham. We aim to promote people's independence and wellbeing, through personalised care and support that focuses upon their strengths, the outcomes they want to achieve and enables choice and control. This Programme is designed to support Social Workers to develop their skills and experience so that they can progress to become Senior Social Workers. The team offer hybrid working with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office. Knowledge of current legislation such as the Care Act and The Mental Capacity Act. Experience in assessment, preparation of support plans and reviewing outcomes. Assessment and management of risk.
