Examinations Officer Job Type: Temp to Perm Location: Tooting Working Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30am - 4pm & Tues, Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm Start: Immediate We are seeking an Examinations Officer to manage examination days in accordance with one of our lovely clients based in the Tooting area. This role is ideal for someone with SEN education experience, though this is desirable and not essential. The position requires a candidate who can start immediately and possesses a DBS certificate. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare for each examination day, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are ready and the environment is set up according to the specific requirements. Start examinations, ensuring all candidates are aware of the rules and are settled. Handle emergencies, irregularities, and instances of malpractice swiftly and in accordance with established protocols. End examinations, ensuring all procedures are followed for the smooth conclusion of the session. Collect examination scripts meticulously, ensuring no mix-ups or losses occur. Pack and dispatch examination scripts securely, adhering to guidelines to maintain the integrity of the examination process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in managing examination processes or similar administrative roles. SEN education experience is desirable but not essential. Must possess a current DBS certificate. High emotional intelligence and patience to deal with various examination day challenges. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
