The Meadows School is a 11-19 special school based in Oldbury, West Midlands. The school meets the needs of students with profound and multiple learning difficulties, autism and associated communication and language difficulties, physical and complex medical needs, sensory impairment, and challenging behaviours. We currently have 219 students on roll.

We are seeking an Assistant Head Teacher to support the strategic leadership of the school, a leader who will challenge, inspire, and drive school improvement to achieve the best outcomes for students. The successful candidate will be a highly organised, caring, and skilled practitioner who will support the Head Teacher in actively promoting the vision and ethos in every aspect of school life.
