We give you a world of potential In our dynamic department, the role of a Client Service Officer is pivotal in weaving the fabric of success and client satisfaction. As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of fortifying relationships across diverse client portfolios by delivering support services to Client Managers with precision, efficiency and accuracy. A role you will love To support your Client Managers and to provide an efficient, accurate and timely delivery of all Client Support tasks, as scheduled, also reacting to ad hoc requests and meeting deadlines. Assist the Client Managers in building and maintaining relationships across their client portfolios, ensuring client retention and development, management of risk and maximising commercial opportunities. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Complete all Client Support tasks in an efficient, timely and accurate manner, ensuring charging is implemented in accordance with agreed tariffs Take charge of your personal development and support the development of less experienced colleagues; Support and collaborate effectively with other team members. Proactively assist Client teams with regular and ad-hoc Projects, archiving clients, Mailing Matrices and New Client Set Up. Support client teams with day-to-day Client contact and provide helpful assistance to Clients, Brokers, shareholders and CPU staff who call with queries and requests. Support colleagues to ensure the robustness of core governance, core business systems and procedures so as to maintain compliance and meet regulatory responsibilities, ensuring processes and procedures are reviewed and updated. Identify and mitigate risks. Keeping all stakeholders updated. Undertake work associated with the reconciliation of Issued Share Capitals, proactively seeking to reconcile any differences identified with business units responsible and escalating any discrepancies in accordance with departmental procedures. Options / Buybacks to be processed accurately and within prescribed timescales. Effectively represent Client Support within the organisation sharing knowledge and operational training as required to a range of colleagues Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business Ensure existing Client Support procedures are regularly reviewed, updated for accuracy and where appropriate amended to achieve improved processes What will you bring to the role?
